The Juzo Dynamic AT open-crotch tights bring the strength of Juzo's most versatile circular-knit range together with a practical design feature: an open crotch that allows toileting without removing the tights. That makes them a considerate, dignity-preserving choice for anyone who finds taking full-leg compression on and off difficult, including patients with reduced mobility or those in a care setting, while still delivering continuous graduated support from toe to waist.
The therapy performance is identical to the standard Dynamic. A resistant knit with a subtle mesh design produces uniform pressure distribution and strong working pressure for demanding, long-term venous treatment, and a width-adjustable elasticated waistband with button-hole adjustment allows a secure, tailored fit. The body part applies only slight compression, keeping the therapeutic pressure concentrated in the legs, and special knit technology makes the tights exceptionally durable wash after wash.
Made in Germany to Juzo's highest standards, the Dynamic is silicone-free, free of plasticisers, Oeko-Tex certified and finished with hand-made seams. Available in compression class 1, 2 or 3, with open or closed toe.

How to wear it
Put the tights on in the morning when swelling is lowest, easing the fabric up the leg in stages so the compression sits evenly, then adjust the waistband for a comfortable fit. Wear through the day and remove at night unless your doctor advises otherwise. The correct compression class should be confirmed by a specialist. Replace every six months or so, as compression naturally fades with wear and washing.
Important
Compression tights are a medical device, and the right compression class and body length matter for both safety and comfort. An accurate set of measurements is needed for the garment to sit correctly, so a proper fitting is important. Care Instructions
Wash daily where possible on a gentle cycle at 40°C. Do not use fabric softener. Air dry away from direct heat.

الشحن
توصيل مجاني داخل الإمارات للطلبات فوق 500 درهم. توصيل في نفس اليوم داخل دبي (الطلب قبل وقت الإغلاق)، و1–3 أيام عمل في باقي الإمارات. والشحن إلى دول الخليج عند الطلب. وتُشحن المنتجات المُفصّلة بعد اكتمال إنتاجها.
الاستبدال
لا إرجاع — استبدال فقط، خلال 24 ساعة من التوصيل. يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستعملة وبعبوتها الأصلية المختومة. ولا يمكن استبدال الملابس المستعملة أو المغسولة أو المُفصّلة. وتتبع منتجات الضمان إرشادات المُصنّع.

Foot measurements: ℓZ 22.5 – 29.5 and ℓA 15 – 21. Shoe sizes to 46 (UK 11).
Where each measurement is taken
- cA — around the ball of the foot, at the metatarsal heads.
- cB — the narrowest part of the ankle, just above the ankle bone. This is where the garment applies its strongest pressure, so it is the most important measurement.
- cB1 — where the Achilles tendon meets the calf muscle.
- cC — the widest part of the calf.
- cD — the narrowest part of the leg below the knee, above the calf.
- cE — across the middle of the kneecap.
- cF — the middle of the thigh.
- cG — the top of the thigh, at the groin.
- cY — with the foot at a right angle, diagonally around the heel and across the instep.
Measure in the morning, before the leg swells, and keep the tape snug but not tight.
