This BBL compression garment by Revee Italy is purpose-designed for fat transfer procedures, where recovery has two opposite needs at once: firm compression on the liposuction donor areas, and as little pressure as possible on the newly grafted fat. Its enlarged buttock openings keep direct compression off the transferred fat cells, protecting graft survival and your final shape, while the high back panel and firm front and lateral support compress the abdomen, back, flanks and thighs where fat was harvested.
Steady, even compression on the donor areas helps contain bruising and swelling while allowing the tissues to settle gradually, supporting smoother, more even healing. A triple section of front hooks lets you fine-tune the fit as swelling changes, adjustable and removable straps keep the garment securely in place, Easy Slide fabric makes it simple to put on, and a wide hygienic opening keeps it practical for day and night wear. The latex-free, hypoallergenic Lycra Beauty fabric stays soft against the skin throughout recovery.
Covering under-bust to above the knee, it suits BBL procedures with donor liposuction of the torso and upper thighs. If your liposuction extended further down the legs, see the REV.0408, which continues to mid-calf. Classified as a medical device and made in Italy.

How to wear it
Your surgeon should take the measurements, select the correct size, and set the duration of wear based on your procedure, usually around 4 to 6 weeks, worn day and night for best results. Many patients keep a second garment of the same size so compression is never interrupted while one is being washed. Always follow the schedule your surgeon recommends.
Important
Protecting the grafted fat is the priority in the first weeks after a BBL. The enlarged buttock openings are designed for exactly this, but also follow your surgeon's guidance on sitting, BBL pillows, and sleeping position. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one for effective compression on the donor areas.
- Machine wash at 40°C (max) with a mild detergent
- No fabric softener, bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning
- Air dry flat, away from direct heat and sunlight
- Replace every 3–6 months to maintain optimal compression
- Use donning and doffing aids to put on and remove

Exchanges
No returns — exchange-only, within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original sealed packaging. Worn, washed, or custom-made garments can't be exchanged. Warranty items follow the manufacturer's guidelines.

How to measure
- Waist — measure the waist circumference at its narrowest point.
- Hips — measure the circumference just above the widest part of your hips (the widest part of your buttocks), keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
- Thighs — measure your thigh circumference just below the gluteal fold.
- Mid-thigh — measure the circumference at the midpoint of your quadriceps.
For all measurements, keep the measuring tape horizontal.
