The Juzo Classic Seamless bermuda panty for women is an ideal entry-level garment for oedema therapy, developed especially for the early stages of lymphedema where the swelling is still subtle. Its innovative seamless 3D knit conforms precisely to the body, producing a well-defined pressure gradient without a single seam to press or irritate, which makes it a comfortable first step for anyone new to compression.
The fabric does the quiet work. It is thin, smooth, strong and breathable, giving a pleasant skin climate through the day, a real benefit in the UAE heat, while an integrated lengthwise structure adds stability and makes the garment easy to shape and pull on. The edges are especially soft and exert only minimal pressure, so they will not roll up, dig in, or cause pressure marks. The women's version is shaped with a gusset designed for a natural, comfortable fit.
Available in compression class 1 or 2, the bermuda panty covers the hips and thighs and is well suited to early lymphedema and lipedema of the legs. Because a correct fit is essential to how compression works, sizing should be confirmed by a trained specialist.

How to wear it
Put the garment on in the morning when swelling is lowest and wear it through the day as advised by your clinician. The correct compression class (CCL 1 or CCL 2) should be confirmed at fitting. For advanced lymphedema or fibrotic tissue that needs a higher class, a custom-made flat-knit Juzo Expert garment is recommended instead. Important
Classic Seamless is an entry-level, ready-sized garment for early-stage oedema. If your swelling is significant, has progressed, or affects the shape of the limb, a custom flat-knit garment may suit you better. Our specialist can advise.

Care Instructions
- Wash daily where possible on a gentle cycle at 40°C, using a mesh laundry bag to protect the fabric. Do not use fabric softener.
- Machine wash at 40°C (max) with a mild detergent
- No fabric softener, bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning
- Air dry flat, away from direct heat and sunlight
- Replace every 3–6 months to maintain optimal compression
- Use donning and doffing aids to put on and remove

Exchanges
No returns — exchange-only, within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original sealed packaging. Worn, washed, or custom-made garments can't be exchanged. Warranty items follow the manufacturer's guidelines.

Where each measurement is taken
- cT — the waist.
- cH — the widest part of the hips and lower abdomen.
- cG — the top of the thigh, at the groin.
- cF — the middle of the thigh.
- cE — across the middle of the kneecap.
- cD — the narrowest part of the leg below the knee, above the calf.
- cC — the widest part of the calf.
- cB1 — where the Achilles tendon meets the calf muscle.
- cB — the narrowest part of the ankle, just above the ankle bone.
Measure in the morning, before the leg swells, and keep the tape snug but not tight.
