Ask about availability on WhatsAppThe Juzo Dynamic AT is the specialist, in full pantyhose length. Part of Juzo's most versatile circular-knit range, it delivers reliable, high working pressure for demanding, long-term venous therapy, with continuous graduated support from the toe all the way to the waist. This is the closed-crotch version, the standard everyday choice for uninterrupted full-leg compression.
The Dynamic is built for serious treatment. Its resistant knit with a subtle mesh design produces uniform pressure distribution and a strong therapeutic effect, while a width-adjustable elasticated waistband with button-hole adjustment lets the tights be tailored to your body for a secure, comfortable fit that stays in place. The body part itself applies only slight compression, so the therapeutic pressure is concentrated where it is needed, in the legs. Special knit technology makes it exceptionally durable, holding its shape and support wash after wash.
Made in Germany to Juzo's highest standards, the Dynamic is silicone-free, free of plasticisers, Oeko-Tex certified and finished with hand-made seams. Available in compression class 1, 2 or 3, with open or closed toe.

How to wear it
Put the tights on in the morning when swelling is lowest, easing the fabric up the leg in stages so the compression sits evenly, then adjust the waistband for a comfortable fit. Wear through the day and remove at night unless your doctor advises otherwise. The correct compression class should be confirmed by a specialist. Replace every six months or so, as compression naturally fades with wear and washing.
Important
Compression tights are a medical device, and the right compression class and body length matter for both safety and comfort. An accurate set of measurements is needed for the garment to sit correctly, so a proper fitting is important. If you are new to compression, have reduced circulation, or are unsure of your size, book a fitting with our certified specialist in Dubai before ordering.
Need toileting access without removing the tights? See the Juzo Dynamic AT open-crotch version.

Where each measurement is taken
- cA — around the ball of the foot, at the metatarsal heads.
- cB — the narrowest part of the ankle, just above the ankle bone. This is where the garment applies its strongest pressure, so it is the most important measurement.
- cB1 — where the Achilles tendon meets the calf muscle.
- cC — the widest part of the calf.
- cD — the narrowest part of the leg below the knee, above the calf.
- cE — across the middle of the kneecap.
- cF — the middle of the thigh.
- cG — the top of the thigh, at the groin.
- cY — with the foot at a right angle, diagonally around the heel and across the instep.
Measure in the morning, before the leg swells, and keep the tape snug but not tight.
