Juzo Vital Balsam 7 is a specially developed skin care gel for anyone who wears compression garments. Daily compression can leave skin feeling dry and warm, and this emulsified gel is designed to answer exactly that. It combines the best of both worlds: the light, cooling feel of a gel with the nourishing care of a cream. It absorbs quickly, never leaves a greasy film, and keeps skin smooth and supple, so your stocking or garment slides on comfortably.
The formula is built around high-quality active ingredients. Panthenol smooths and softens the skin, vitamin E strengthens its natural defences against environmental stress and free radicals, and menthol delivers an invigorating, cooling finish that feels especially welcome in the UAE climate. Natural extracts of red vine leaf, horse chestnut and arnica blossom support healthy circulation in the skin.
Ideal for day and night use, and gentle enough for the sensitive, hard-working skin of lymphedema, lipedema and vein patients. Made in Germany to Juzo's quality standards.
How to Use
Apply to clean, dry skin, ideally in the evening after removing your compression garment, so it absorbs fully overnight, and again in the morning before putting your garment on if needed. Massage in gently until absorbed. Because it is non-greasy and fast-absorbing, it will not interfere with putting your garment on.

Free delivery within the UAE on orders over AED 500. Same-day in Dubai (order before cut-off), 1–3 working days elsewhere. GCC shipping on request. Custom-made items ship once production is complete.
Exchanges
No returns — exchange-only, within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original sealed packaging. Worn, washed, or custom-made garments can't be exchanged. Warranty items follow the manufacturer's guidelines.
